The A-Data SH93 has survived through “MIL-STD-810F 516.5 procedure IV” (which after some searching turns out to be a military standard along the lines of a 36″ drop on to each conceivable edge and corner with a functionality check after each impact), is waterproof to the tune of 1.5 metres, has a nice rubber coating and comes with storage sizes of up to 640GB.
